Spencer Commercial Electric (SCE) traces its origins back to 1983, when founder Joseph “Joey” Spencer began his career as an electrical tradesman with his father’s company, HRH Electric. Under his father’s leadership, HRH Electric became a respected name in Ventura County’s electrical contracting industry, successfully completing prominent projects such as all four phases of the electrical work for The Camarillo Factory Outlets, many industrial and office buildings, shopping centers, schools, biotech, etc.. After the untimely passing of his father, Joey chose to honor his family’s legacy by establishing Spencer Commercial Electric, Inc. in 2006. Since then, he has continued the tradition of delivering top-quality electrical work and fostering a reputation for integrity and trust with every client.
